Customs Clearance
Import and Export Documentation Services We provide Clearing and Forwarding Services with professionalism, honesty, integrity, competitive charges and speedy feedback with constant communication supported by latest technology and equipments. We also provide documentation/ customs clearance and all related paper work associated with the clearance of cargo-inbound and outbound (IMPORT/EXPORT) cargo. All the shipping documents are delivered at your office on the subsequent day of the finalization of the shipment. We also keep track of informing the client about the movement of their cargo until it reaches the destination ensures the client a relaxation in their works.
Clearing and Forwarding
With updated customs regulations and procedures we handle clearance of import and export consignments by sea, air and road more efficiently and easily. Our main services in custom clearing services include advice to the clients in preparing documents related to import and export, completion of appraisement and examination procedures and payments. After the custom formalities are completed we deliver the consignments to the said destination as per our clients' needs. We as a Customs Clearing Agents offer wide variety of services in order to help the clients for import and export customs clearances. For import consignments we require documents such as original invoice, packing list, bill of landing/airway bill endorsed by the importer or bank, insurance certificate, purchase order or letter of credit, import license and catalogue or literature if the goods are chemical for customs clearance services. Whereas for export clearance, export license or permit and sale contracts are required along with Invoice, Packing list and shipping instruction. As we receive the said documents our qualified professionals try to provide the best possible benefit to the clients with reference to the custom notifications and exemptions. Warehousing

YAJIFARZ exclusive services include secured cargo warehousing. Special attention is paid to the control checks of the goods, enabling the client to have higher efficiency. We provide warehousing services in custom warehouse and terminal and in the warehouse for cleared goods. We are equipped with spacious warehouse where we store all the consignments which are ready to be delivered. Our warehousing facility is offered as per the products and the packaging of the products is stringently checked in our warehouse. Complete safety standards are maintained and followed so that they can be delivered with complete safety to the desired destination. Through our warehousing services, we easily access to process orders and distribute products timely. For efficient delivery, we are equipped with a fleet of trucks through our associates for cargo carrying assuring timely pick-ups and deliveries. Alhaji Solademi Abdulmajid Oladimeji, who has rich experience of over a decade in clearing and forwarding business, is the Managing Director of Yajifarz And Sons Limited (YAJIFARZ). He obtained MSc. Logistics from Ladoke Akintola University, Ogbomosho, and B.Sc. Library & Information Science/ Political Science from Bayero Univeristy, Kano. He is a Member of Council for the Regulation of Freight Forwarding in Nigeria (CRFFN), and also a Member of Chartered Institute of Transport Management (NITM). In 2009, he was honored with Certificate of Proficiency in Management and Chartered Certificate from Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM). He has wealth of knowledge and information in the field of logistics. It is because of his vision that YAJIFARZ is a leading name in the business of Clearing and Forwarding. The Operation Manager, who co-ordinates the documentation, deliveries, operations, heads the clearing and forwarding department. The department is staffed by a professional team of customs documentation experts who are well versed in imports and exports documentation and operational procedures.
